Your completed writing sprints will appear here.
Pick a sprint length (or enter a custom one up to 180 minutes), optionally add a project name, starting word count, word goal, and session intention, then click Start Sprint. The timer counts down with a progress ring, and if you'd rather not see anything but the clock, click Focus Mode to hide everything else until the sprint ends.
Every finished sprint is logged to My Sprint History automatically, so you can track words written over time. Set a Daily Word Goal to see running progress toward it across all of that day's sprints, and turn on Completion Sound or desktop notifications in the settings bar if you want an alert when time's up.
